Grace Habib

About the Illustrator

Grace Habib was born in the suburbs of Chicago to immigrant parents. Her mom is from Seoul, South Korea, and her father is from Beirut, Lebanon. Living with two different ethnic backgrounds, her life was enriched with art, food, and culture. Since she was a little girl, she has loved to draw animals all the time. Her parents encouraged her to follow her passion in art. From there, she graduated with honors with a BFA in Illustration from Columbus College of Art and Design. She worked as a kid’s greeting card designer at American Greetings for over four years, and she is now freelancing. In her free time, she loves to find new places to eat and travel, and the cutest coffee shops nearby. She has two mini dachshunds named Olive and Copper.
