List-make (or draw, or doodle!) your way to your ideal existence with a fresh, no-pressure approach to goal setting. Deciding what you want MORE or LESS of in your life is a creative and easy way to figure yourself (and your shizz) out. From the creative brain of artist and New York Times columnist Julia Rothman, this fun, low-key journal helps you clarify what you’d like to invite (and un-invite) into your life. With topics like relationships, food, and travel + many, many more, you’ll find yourself listing your way to a fulfilling and more intentional life in no time. This beautifully illustrated journal created with list-makers, creative types, and journal lovers in mind.

  • Julia Rothman brings her artistic talent and witty writing to Em & Friends with a fresh guided journal and new cards. This best self journal makes a great alternative to a traditional gratitude journal, and is a wonderful list notebook / journal. Julia Rothman books are beloved, and this new journal will be no exception.
