Mueller’s Special Counsel’s Office (2017-2019), as Chief of the Fraud Section in the Department of Justice (2015-2019), as General Counsel of the Federal Bureau of Investigation under Director Mueller (2011-2013), and as a leader of the Enron Task Force (2002-2005). He is a frequent legal analyst for MSNBC and, alongside Mary McCord, is the co-host of the network's award-inning podcast Main Justice.
