Thomas Francis Bumpus (1861-1916) was a well-respected ecclesiologist. He is the author of several books on the cathedrals of Great Britain and Europe, including A Guide to Gothic Architecture, London Churches Ancient and Modern, and The Cathedrals and Churches of Northern Italy.
