Eric Werner

Eric Werner, chef and co-owner of Hartwood, cooked at Peasant in New York and at Vinegar Hill House in Brooklyn. He met his wife, Hartwood general manager Mya Henry, when she was working the front of the house at the Standard Hotel Café.
